Gen. William “Bill” Garrison (ret) is a retired Major General of the United States Army who spent most of his career in Special Operations.  He has been in the private sector since 1996, and holds a Master of Business Administration from Sam Houston State University.  He is currently a cattle rancher in Texas and maintains business interests in Africa and Europe.

Dr. Karen Kierce has a Ph.D. in Psychology from Duke University and 30 years of experience applying psychology to leadership and management in the government and military communities.  She has spent the past 15 of those years in the private sector as a consultant in the fields of behavioral sciences and risk management.

Samuel Weiner is a Senior Partner and Co-Managing Shareholder at Cole, Schotz, Meisel, Forman & Leonard, P.A., a leading mid-Atlantic law firm.  He is the Co-Chair of the firm’s Tax, Trusts & Estate Department and co-author of a book titled “Starting a Limited Liability Company.”

David J. Florence has spent the last 15 years as the CFO of a privately held group of companies.  Previously he had been a practicing CPA for 17 years, with an extensive background in taxation, and has worked in the aviation, real estate development, and service industries.
